Sales Account Executive

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Account Executive to help Islamic schools and academies adopt MaktabOS. You’ll own the full cycle: outreach, demos, and closing. You’ll work with school leaders and admins who want one platform for attendance, billing, communication, and analytics — and you’ll show them how MaktabOS fits their needs.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and reach out to Islamic schools, weekend schools, and academies that could benefit from MaktabOS.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos (remote).
  • Guide prospects through evaluation and close new accounts.
  • Keep pipeline and activity updated in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with the team on messaging, pricing, and feedback from the field.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or school-related sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading demos and handling objections.
  • Self-directed and organized; you can manage your own pipeline and follow-up.
  • Interest in or familiarity with Islamic education and school operations is a plus.
  • Based in the US; remote-friendly.
